Construction of a new building to link existing buildings together, reconfiguration of an existing unit along with extensive reconfiguration of external hard landscaping. Works included construction of new suspended concrete floors, walls, drainage, kerbs, paving and yard slabs. Works were completed on time and within budget and incorporated a substantial number of client changes.
